以猛虎之行，以蔷薇之声，我是上海市卢湾高级中学的王陈慕蓉。
天下难事作于心，则难事不难。从小学至初中，我一直担任大队主席的职位，带着一颗时刻保持热枕的心态迈入高中，也许是丰富的工作经验培养了各方面技能，无论是幕后撰稿、策划亦或是上台主持，我都能从容应对。致力社会，着眼身边，作为第一批入团的团员，抽空看望孤寡老人、投身义卖活动…我努力让胸前团徽闪闪发光。
天下难事作于久，则难事不难。我热爱民族乐器，擅长演奏扬琴、打击乐，每周都坚持参加中福会少年宫的乐队排练。我“能写会说”，写作能力较强的我在演讲能力娴熟的加持下，是演讲比赛中的佼佼者。闲暇时间，我还是资深的“英剧人”，痴迷于纯正的英式口音，并努力让语言的天赋发挥得淋漓尽致。我从不羞于开口，是英语科研活动的小组长，曾带领小队在科研英语演讲比赛中取得了不错的排名。
创新大胆，更着眼目标，青葱岁月，我给自己定下承诺，心有猛虎，也细嗅蔷薇。
In me the tiger sniffs the rose. I am Wang Chen Murong from Shanghai Luwan Senior High School.
If you do things by heart, then even the most difficult thing will be easier. From elementary school to junior high school, I have always served as the chairman of the brigade, and I entered high school with a mind to stay enthusiastic at all times. Perhaps my rich work experience has cultivated various skills, whether it is behind-the-scenes writing, planning or hosting on stage. I can deal with things calmly. Committed to society and focusing on the things around me, as a member of the first Communist Youth League of China, I took the time to visit widows and elderly people, and participate in charity sales... I tried my best to make the emblem on my chest shine.
If you show your perseverance in doing hard things, the hard things will be not that difficult. I love national musical instruments, and I am good at playing dulcimer and percussion. I can write and speak. With strong writing ability, I am a leader in the speech contest with the blessing of my proficiency in speech. In my spare time, I am still a senior British drama follower, obsessed with pure British accent, and strive to make the language talents to the fullest. I am never shy to speak. I am the team leader of English scientific research activities. I once led the team to get a good ranking in the scientific research English speech contest.
