作为2024年中非合作论坛峰会的重要配套活动，第八届中非企业家大会于9月6日在北京举行。乍得商业、工业、农业、矿业和手工业商会(以下简称“乍得工商会”)会长赛伊德接受中新社记者专访时表示，中非合作实现双赢，不会被西方言论干扰。

　　赛伊德指出，非洲拥有丰富的农业、畜牧业、矿业和石油资源，中国拥有技术领先优势，乍得与中国的合作密切而富有成效。赛伊德希望非洲在50年后也能发展到中国今天的水平。

　　面对西方媒体对于中非合作的质疑，赛伊德以炼油厂为例，讲述了中国的投资对乍得产生的积极影响，相关合作直接造福于民。因此，乍得人民不会被西方媒体言论干扰，会继续与中国深化合作。(记者 张楠)

　　As an important supporting event for the 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit, the 8th China-Africa Entrepreneurs Conference was held in Beijing on September 6th. In an exclusive interview with a reporter from China News Service, Ali Adji Mahamat Seid, president of the Chadian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (hereinafter referred to as "Chadian Chamber of Commerce"), said that China-Africa cooperation achieves a win-win situation and will not be disturbed by Western remarks.

　　Seid pointed out that Africa has abundant resources in agriculture, animal husbandry, mining, and petroleum, while China possesses excellent technology. The cooperation between Chad and China is close and fruitful. Said hopes that Africa can develop to the level of China today in 50 years.

　　In the face of Western media's doubts about China-Africa cooperation, Seid cited the oil refinery as an example, explaining the positive impact of Chinese investment on Chad.
